Our Montrachet style Chardonnay focuses on the nuance & balance of oak, fruit & acidity. This Chardonnay was 75% barrel-fermented and aged in French Oak, resulting in the richer, creamier texture that makes Bonobo Chardonnays so iconic. Tasting notes of butterscotch, caramel, and almonds fill the palate with aromas of white peach and fresh lime leaves to leave a voluptuous, lingering mouthful. Pair with richer dishes like lobster, crab legs or pasta with cream sauce.
